Exceptional Patient Care & Service

We are very proud to announce that Milton Chiropractic Clinic has been awarded the Patient Partnership Quality Mark 2013 – 2015, by The College of Chiropractors. Jasper Hulscher, Owner of Milton Chiropractic Clinic will be presented with the award at The College of Chiropractors Official Ceremony in London on the 30th January 2013.

The PPQM is awarded every two years and we are the only clinic in Cambridge to have received the award for 2013-2015 so it’s a fantastic achievement for Milton Chiropractic Clinic”, explains Jasper.

The PPQM (2013-2015) is awarded to chiropractors and clinics that the College recognises as exhibiting excellence in meeting patient expectations. Winning practices are required to demonstrate outstanding levels of care and service, and show that they meet patient expectations in a wide range of areas, as identified by the lay members of the LPG (The College of Chiropractors Lay Partnership Group), including the following:

  • Accessibility
  • Booking systems and out-of-hours cover
  • Cleanliness and safety
  • Privacy
  • Communication
  • Patient education
  • Record keeping
  • Other forms of care offered

“We are delighted to have been selected by The College of Chiropractors for this highly valued award and we are very proud to be recognised as a patient-centred clinic.  2013 is promising to be an exciting year for us, and we are fully committed to providing high levels of care to our patients”. says Jasper

“The College of Chiropractors believes that chiropractic services should be centred on the users of those services. The College supports the delivery of services that are flexible and responsive to the needs of patients, acknowledging them as partners in their own care.” explains Tim Jay DC FCC, President

This view is endorsed by the College of Chiropractors Lay Partnership Group (LPG), a forum that provides a patient and public viewpoint with regard to College business, and develops initiatives to support patient advocacy. The LPG has a number of patient and public representatives, including the Chairman of the Chiropractic Patients Association, as well as chiropractors who work with the group to provide professional advice.
