Polly Norton M.Sc., DC
Polly grew up spending time outside with her dog and learning to knit from her nana.
This is a habit she still enjoys to this day, often gifting her family with homemade hats and scarves at Christmas.
She also enjoys food, whether it be sharing food with friends in the house, going out to eat, or enjoying one of her mum’s delicious pies.
Fitness is another key interest for Polly, and this helps her understand the benefit of exercise when it comes to looking after patient health.
Polly spent eight years as a member of her local rowing club in Lincolnshire, and currently enjoys lifting weights and keeping active in the gym.
Polly makes sure to always greet her patients with a huge smile, helping them feel at home.
The most rewarding aspects of her role as a chiropractor are being able to meet so many interesting people and helping alleviate their aches and pains.
She believes one of the most important things for people to learn from chiropractic care is that lower back pain is not the new norm and that there is treatment available to help.
She also believes that what patients do for themselves at home (active care) is just as important as the treatment they receive in the clinic (passive care).
Perhaps, if you ask nicely, she will knit you a scarf!
