Always such a friendly welcome here, and lovely atmosphere!  I Been having some lower back issues and Ben has been great with his encouragement, explaining everything, and offering great strengthening exercises.  I’ve seen a big improvement so far, the key is to really put the work in yourself.
It’s great to then check in with Ben, discus the progress, some treatment, and physical progress checks.  Thoroughly recommended.  In 6 weeks I’ve really re strengthed my back, and I plan on maintaining this - very happy! 10/10.

Peter has been fantastic with helping me heal a hip and lower back problem that has been bothering me for years. What I have really appreciated is the knowledge that I have gained about my body during this process, the exercises that are now a part of my routine, that I know I can use to mediate any flare ups. It has deepened my awareness of pain in that area and what I need to do if I feel a twinge. The treatment at the beginning when I was in a lot of pain, immediately relieved it and it feels like we have collaborated in this healing process which can only have made it more effective. I suddenly developed a really bad back problem whilst cycling, to the point where I could hardly move. Not knowing what to do, I contacted Fornham Chiropractic Clinic and saw Ben.

Ben was brilliant from the start. He was very thorough, always checking how things were improving and adjusting the treatment as I progressed. He took the time to explain what was going on, what was working and what we needed to do next. He also considered how my back was affecting my work and the activities I enjoy outside of work.
